UCLA and Drexel trained, Dr. Lisa Espinoza transitioned from a professional ballerina to a distinguished leader in cosmetic dermatology and laser medicine over 18 years ago. Recognized as one of the top 40 Allergan and Galderma accounts, she ranks among the highest volume injectors in the United States.

Dr. Espinoza is the founder , owner and operator of the award-winning La Chelé Medical Aesthetics, recognized as “Best of Philadelphia,” with four expansive locations across Pennsylvania. She leads a dedicated team of over 60 employees and oversees more than 70 laser and energy devices, implementing a comprehensive approach that includes clinical research at five centers under one roof. Her practice encompasses medical weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, injectable and laser treatments, as well as a medical spa.

A passionate educator and consultant, Dr. Espinoza has served as a trainer for Allergan and Galderma for over a decade. She is an advisory board member, consultant, speaker, and key opinion leader for multiple laser, device, and pharmaceutical companies. Recently, she was honored with the prestigious Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) accreditation and actively participates in several Women Leadership Forums in Philadelphia. Dr. Espinoza also sits on the boards of two trustee organizations and generously supports over 250 nonprofit organizations along the East Coast.
