Gia Avallone MSHS, PA-C

Gia Avallone, MSHS, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. Gia attended Physician Assistant school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received her Master of Science degree in Health Sciences. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. Prior to specializing in medical aesthetics, Gia began her career in family medicine and urgent care medicine. Gia then transitioned into a the field of Otolaryngology (ENT) and Facial Plastic Surgery which solidified her passion for medical aesthetics as she cared for patients pre- and post- surgery and assisted with injectables as non-surgical options.

Having a background in various fields of medicine has allowed Gia to develop a passion for patient-care, preventative medicine, aesthetics, and overall wellness. She enjoys developing relationships with her patients and making them feel heard, supported and understood. She believes that this is a key component to aesthetic medicine, because it allows her to see from her patients’ perspective and ultimately adds to her treatment plan. 

As a Physician Assistant specializing in medical aesthetics, Gia has extensive training in
neuromodulators, such as Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify; and dermal fillers, including Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, and Teoxane. She also offers PDO threads, a non-surgical approach to help lift and reposition lax tissue and improve facial contour. Gia has extensive knowledge of lasers and energy-based devices, including BroadBand Light (BBL), Halo Fractional Laser, GentleMax Pro™, laser hair removal, Morpheus8, and Ultherapy. Gia attended Coolsculpting University which further expanded her clinical knowledge on Coolsculpting and the Coolsculpting Elite device. Additionally, Gia offers Sclerotherapy and Kybella.

Gia’s passion for medical aesthetics has brought her to La Chelé Medical Aesthetics where she is thrilled to bring all of her skills to join the #1 east coast aesthetic practice of La Chelé Medical Aesthetics! She looks forward to educating her patients on their skin health and the various anti-aging treatment options available including injectables, lasers, and medical-grade skincare. She aims to help her patients achieve their desired aesthetic goals in a conservative yet effective manner.
