Grace Wolf, MSPAS, PA-C
Grace Wolf, MSPAS, PA-C, is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant recognized by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), holding licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She brings a rare blend of surgical precision, medical expertise, and artistic perspective to the fields of cosmetic dermatology and laser medicine. With a strong focus on natural, personalized results, Grace is dedicated to helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University, graduating magna cum laude. She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Pittsburgh, a nationally recognized leader in advanced medical education. She began her career in brain and spine surgery, where she worked closely with leading neurosurgeons in high-pressure, complex operative settings. This experience gave her a deep knowledge of anatomy, technical skill, and a genuine focus on caring for patients—which all influence the thoughtful, careful way she approaches aesthetic medicine today.
Grace’s passion for aesthetics comes from a personal place. Having struggled with acne and how her skin affected her confidence growing up, she’s driven to help others feel great about themselves—both inside and out. She often thinks about how much it would have meant to have a provider who truly understood her experience, and now she’s committed to being that supportive, empowering presence for her patients.
At La Chele Medical Aesthetics, Grace specializes in non-surgical treatments that enhance natural beauty through a balanced, full-faced approach. She has extensive training in neuromodulators, such as Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify; and dermal fillers, including Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, and SkinVive. Her proficiency extends to cutting-edge non-surgical skin revitalization technologies, including: Ellacor, CO2, Ultherapy, Sclerotherapy, Halo, BBL (“photofacial”), and Moxi procedures. Furthermore, she is adept in innovative treatments for hair restoration such as PRP and PDGF.
Grace takes the time to truly understand her patients’ goals. She believes good work should be undetectable, as well as focused on restoring and enhancing someone’s natural features. Grace strives to create thoughtful and personalized treatment plans for each of her patients in order to leave them feeling refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.
