Hailey Bach, MHS, FNP-C

Hailey Bach, MSN, FNP-C, is a highly accomplished, board-certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in cosmetic dermatology, laser, and aesthetic medicine. With a strong clinical foundation and an artistic eye, Hailey is known for delivering natural, transformative results that enhance each patient’s unique features.

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and began her career on the medical and surgical floors at Penn Medicine Doylestown Health. There, she refined her skills in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and compassionate care. Hailey has an attentive, empathetic approach that she brings to every aesthetic consultation. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, licensed provider, and member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Guided by a lifelong passion for art, Hailey found her true calling in aesthetic medicine, where creativity and precision meet. She has pursued advanced, ongoing training through numerous courses including official AMI training and some of the top aesthetic providers on the east coast.  Hailey is proficient in a wide range of treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, energy-based devices, PRP hair restoration, IV therapies, Ellacor, and Endolift. She is especially recognized for her ability to listen deeply, her thoughtful and personalized treatment plans, and her balanced approach that prioritizes harmony and confidence over overcorrection.

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, working out, exploring new restaurants, and reading.
